Ken Kurtz locked up the NASA road racing title for the USTC-GT class this weekend with his 700+ horsepower Firebird. Ken switched to Weld Racing RT-S wheels after a wheel failure caused a crash in the first race of the season.

Weld Racing RT-S Equipped Chevelle Selected at SEMA for Optima Challenge Final

The Chevelle of Chris and Lynda Jacobs was selected for the final event of the Optima Challenge at Pahrump, Nevada. Chris participated in a number of the automotive triathelons throughout 2011 with several strong finishes and individual event wins. It was these successes that resulted in the car’s selection for the final event.
