Draglite rims

Do the draglite rims need to be balanced via the center hub or lug holes...also if needed to be balanced by the lug holes do you have any recommendation for a shop? Do any of the normal chains do this? I'm in Seattle.

Draglites are lug centric wheels and need to be balanced via the lug holes.
Les Schwab should be able to balance these wheels for you.
