I have a new set of the RT Series Vitesse wheels, 15x4 & 15x9 for my 1989 Turbo Trans Am. Currently have stock 12mm x 1.5 studs...what should I torque the lugs to?

12mmx1.5 torque spes are 95 ft. lbs
