Does anyone know what exactly the backspacing is on a 2002 chevy s10 LS V6?

i've searched all over the internet and keep seeing that its 4.5" but i measured it and i only got a measurement of 3.75".

i measured with a flat piece of wood, spanning from the widest point of the inside of the rim to the other side. where the bead seats i guess.

i am wondering because im looking into getting some weld prostars for my truck with a 3.5" backspacing. which would be a 0" offset?

Measure your back space to include the lip flange. Back space is used for fitment issues so you must include the lip. Either the 15x7 with a 3.5 or a 4.5 will work, depending on tire size. The 4.5 will tuck the wheel and tire better, but it depends on the look YOU want.
