What model wheels are these/need center caps

These wheels were on my truck when I bought it 3 yrs ago. I'd like to know what model they are(mfg date was 2000). I also want to know where I can get center caps for it. The diameter of the caps are 4.20 in+/-.

These wheels are the Scorpio V. They are a discontinued wheel line. We do not offer caps for these wheels anymore, but you can find an off the shelf cap to fit these at your local tire and wheel dealer. It will have to be a push through the center type of cap.
